Release + Restore Yoga
This class is inspired by my Hatha and Restorative yoga teacher training.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practising for some time, in this class we will explore a variety of yoga asanas (poses) and breathwork.
I will guide you into asanas that encourage a sense of deep release in the hips, shoulders and sides of the body.
Gently moving and holding asanas to stretch out the body, leaving you feeling more grounded and mindful.

This class is a fun short and sweet yoga practice to set you up for a great day!
I wanted to create a 30-minute class that would allow a window for anyone to enjoy their yoga practice, and keep that feeling of being part of a morning yoga community.
In this class, I will guide you through a series of movement sequences, gradually building your knowledge of yoga asanas and offering cues to adjust postures and alignments.
This is a friendly class suitable for anyone who likes to practice yoga in the comfort of their home, for anyone who only has a short amount of time maybe around work or care schedules.
