Class Prices and Subscriptions
Drop-in/one-off purchase classes:
Once a drop-in class has been purchased it will not be refunded.
If the customer gives the teacher a 24-hour cancellation notice before the class time, their drop-in class purchase can be carried over to use as a credit. It is up to the person who has purchased the class to notify the teacher and arrange this.
Monthly Subscriptions:
Once a monthly subscription pass is set up, no refunds will be given.
Any classes missed or cancelled cannot be carried over as a credit. If the teacher cancels the class, the class cannot be credited or refunded, and the customer agrees to purchase on a monthly subscription basis.
By purchasing a monthly subscription pass, the customer accepts that payment is taken on a rolling basis every four weeks for their pass.
It is up to the customer to cancel their subscription and notify the teacher of ending their subscription.
* If you get in touch with me directly, I may be able to offer some flexibility for refunds or carrying a class over as a credit.
Class Etiquette
Lateness is not acceptable. Once the teacher has begun the class, they cannot wait for anyone. It is unfair to the students who have arrived on time.
Phones should be turned off or on silent and preferably left outside of the room. If you have any valuables, understandably, you would want to have them in the same room as you, so please be mindful to keep any devices turned off to not cause any noise disturbances.
Dress and Equipment
Please make sure you come to classes dressed in appropriate and comfortable yoga clothing. Wear something you can move freely in and does not restrict your movement too much.
You may bring your yoga mat. Please be mindful that if you borrow a mat, it is your responsibility to look after it.
Please feel free to bring a water bottle, there isn’t always a tap or access to drinking water.
Some of my classes do not have access to yoga props. If you wish to, you can bring your own blocks, bolsters or props to make yoga more accessible to you. I can incorporate the use of them into my classes to support you in asanas.
